The Lazaridis Institute provides a critical resource helping Canadian companies go from idea to scale so they can compete globally. The Lazaridis Institute is innovative and very focused on scaling companies, and this is the area I believe has the most room for impact.”

For Poriadjian-Asch, the opportunity to work with other GAB members in the development of new initiatives is what she looks forward to the most. “Having seen the transformative impact of the Lazaridis ScaleUp Program over the past few years, it is a privilege to continue supporting our brave and visionary leaders by joining the Global Advisory Board. I look forward to working with my GAB colleagues on dynamic new programs designed with the Lazaridis Institute’s signature blend of high-quality content and a faculty of subject matter experts with deep corporate experience in disciplines most relevant to successfully scaling global companies.”

As a Lazaridis ScaleUp Program alumnus, Emrich is eager to give back to the Institute. “The program had such a large impact on us as a company, I became both an advocate and a natural advisor looking for ways to further grow the program. Joining the GAB formalizes something I've been doing all along with the amazing team at the Lazaridis Institute.”
