Victor Seidel

Welcome to Victor Seidel – Visiting Lazaridis Professor!

Dr. Victor Seidel (Babson College) is visiting the Lazaridis Institute in May. During his time with us, Victor will hold a workshop and a seminar, drawing on his extensive background in technology and innovation management. With publications in Academy of Review, Organization Science, R&D Policy, Journal of Product Innovation and others, Victor’s particular interests are situation in product design and development, and online development communities.

Bridging the Atlantic, Victor was a founding academic director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Oxford’s Said Business School and is currently an Associate Professor at Babson College. Babson is widely recognized as one of the leading entrepreneurship schools, ranked as #1 by US News and World Report. Victor continues to serve as a visiting scholar at Oxford and additionally is the TECH Innovation Associate of the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

His studies are a reflection of his time in industry where he worked with IBM for 10 years, and we are very pleased to host him at the Lazaridis Institute.
